Join the Kansas City Young Alumni Council for a private screening of An American House and meet director and Rockhurst alumnus Chris Trani '03.
The film documents the work of the Annunciation House, an immigrant shelter in El Paso, Texas. The home was founded in the early 1970s by a group of college students. Viewers are taken through the struggles the founders faced as they served thousands of immigrants looking to find a home in the United States.
